KILLINGTON SKI RESORT, VERMONT
Killington Resort, located in central Vermont, stretches across
seven mountains with 200 diverse trails and 33 lifts. Killington
averages 250 inches of natural snow each winter. That,
coupled with the country’s most extensive snowmaking
system, has allowed Killington to offer the longest season in
eastern North America for 43 consecutive years and counting.
Killington Ski Resort is unlike any ski resort in the northeast,
offering the largest trail acreage in the east (1200+ acres), the
largest vertical drop in New England, the highest lift-serviced
terrain in New England, the world's most extensive
snowmaking and the longest season in the east. Killington
Resort also offers 7 full service base lodges and over 100
bars, restaurants and clubs.
KILLINGTON SKI RESORT
Killington has more mountains than you can ski in a week!
With seven mountains, including Pico, Killington is bigger than
anything you'll experience in the east-some 11 miles from
border to border.
Killington's 200 trails include knee-buckling bump runs, breath-
grabbing steeps and cruisers, and favorites like Downdraft,
Ovation, and of course Outer Limits, the steepest mogul slope
in New England. At Killington Resort you'll also find routes
designated as "Easier" and "More Difficult" down from each of
the resort peaks, including the 6.6 mile Juggernaut trail that's
the longest in the east, so every single member of your family
is accommodated.
KILLINGTON SKI RESORT SNOW
Snowmaking covers almost 70% of the terrain (over 60 miles).
But the mountains also hold other wild surprises-- with plenty
of tree skiing including 10 new tree skiing areas.
KILLINGTON SNOWBOARDING
Snowboarders enjoy Killington as much as skiers do. With an
entire mountain area set aside for parks and pipes, Killington
welcomes aspiring young boffers, and world champion riders
alike. In total, Killington offers 5 Snowboard and Alpine Parks--
including an early-season park on Reason and a late-season
park.
PICO MOUNTAIN
To feel the classic old world charm of Vermont skiing and
snowboarding, Killington Resort also includes Pico Mountain
at Killington. Stone hearth fireplaces, trails that all lead to a
common base area, and some of the best views in the entire
state, turn back the clock by turning off Route 4 into our Pico
Base Area.
