Princeville Resort is dazzling in its natural beauty.

from the exciting water sports of Hanalei Bay to natural wonders like
Waimea Canyon and the Fern Grotto. Hike the Na Pali trail or cruise
along the coast's jagged shoreline. All hotel guests receive
complimentary use of a shuttle to select area attractions and a host of
other amenities.
PRINCEVILLE RESORT GUEST ROOMS
Each guest room features custom-designed furnishings, original
artwork, lavish bathrooms with oversized tubs, plus a unique "magic"
window that brings the outdoors in, then switches to opaque, for
privacy. The Prince Junior Suites and Full Suites redefine the very
concept of luxury; they feature exquisite antique furnishings and
extensive use of marble in the bathrooms and adjoining vanities.
The resort comprises three separate buildings that terrace down Pu'u
Poa Ridge, reaching from the top plateau of Princeville to the Beach of
Hanalei Bay. The Lobby and entrance to the hotel are located on the 9th
floor and the Beach and Pool are reached via the 1st floor. All
guestrooms have scenic Ocean, Bay or Mountain views. A total of 7
passenger elevators link the different buildings.
Ocean view rooms offer views of Hanalei Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Ocean-view rooms are located on floors 1-11, with most located on
floors 1-7. Partial ocean-view rooms are located on either the 1st floor
with ground floor gardens/patios and floors 9 and 10 with some
featuring spacious lanais. Mountain/Garden rooms include Partial
Water and Garden View accommodations. These rooms are located
throughout the hotel on floors 1-11.
DINING AT PRINCEVILLE RESORT
The resort features a variety of restaurants from the Mediterranean
atmosphere of La Cascata to the casual elegance of the Living Room.
Don’t miss the extravagant Sunday Brunch or bountiful Friday Seafood
Buffet.
LA CASCATA
One of the resort's finest jewels is La Cascata Restaurant featuring
flavors of the Mediterranean. La Cascata, which means "the cascade,"
takes its name from the spectacular mountain waterfalls seen from the
restaurant. The entrance to the restaurant features dramatic iron gates,
with hand-painted murals of Italian villages mixed with trompe l'oeil ivy
suspended from the ceiling. The inviting aromas announce an evening
of fine food, gracious service and warm hospitality.
La Cascata offers an internationally selected wine list for the most
discriminating tastes. After dinner enjoy a selection of hand-rolled
cigars and aperitifs. The restaurant is open nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.
m. for dinner only.
CAFÉ HANALEI
At Café Hanalei and Terrace guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and
dinner each day. With innovative menus and breathtaking views of
Hanalei Bay, you may never want to leave the scenic terrace. Café
Hanalei features daily specials, a signature Seafood Buffet and the
acclaimed Sunday Champagne Sunday Brunch. The restaurant is
open for breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.
m., dinner from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
THE LIVING ROOM
On selected evenings each week, you're invited to experience a
uniquely Hawaiian celebration of life and Island-style entertainment.
Enjoy cocktails while watching the afternoon sun melt into the Pacific
Ocean setting of a purple-orange fire in the sky. Afternoon tea, a light
menu and hors d'oeurves are also featured. Masterful sushi chefs
create an eye-pleasing selection of fresh sushi nightly.
BEACHSIDE LUAI
The weekly Beachside Luau features Ho'ike Nani 'O Ke Kai (A Show of
Splendor by the Sea). Picturesque Hanalei Bay is the spectacular
backdrop to this unique Hawaiian luau, a touch of Hawaii's past. The
heralding of the conch shell announces the beginning of the Pa'ina and
invites visitors and guests to participate in the traditional Imu
ceremony. Enjoy an evening of unique foods of Hawaii topped off with a
show of island music and dances. Reservations are necessary.
