Bellagio offers a top-of-the-line buffet featuring the finest cuisine. You'll find
exotic selections from Italy, China and Japan as well as traditional American
dishes and fresh seafood. Made-to-order cooking stations make up a large
part of the buffet so you're always assured of a freshly cooked dish. La Brea
Bakery supplies the mouth-watering fresh -baked breads.

If you're looking for seafood, this is the place for you. Rio's all-you-can-eat
seafood buffet includes favorites such as lobster, snow crab legs, shrimp,
oysters and sushi. There's a huge cold bar and other food stations offering
seafood cooked every way imagineable from blackened to fried. For meat
lovers, they offer prime rib, BBQ beef ribs, and chicken dishes. The buffet also
includes salads, pastas, fresh-baked breads, and a full dessert bar.
Open Sunday-Thursday 4pm - 10pm; Friday and Saturday 3pm - 11pm in the
Masquerade Village.

The Big Kitchen offers one of the best buffets in town at reasonable prices.
The dining area resembles a giant family kitchen with two huge serving lines.

meals. As an additional bonus, there's also elevated view of The Strip.

Burgundy, and seafood from Provence. Two of the newest cooking stations
include La Raclette featuring melted cheese accompanied by a medley of
cured meats, steamed potatoes, assorted vegetables and French bread and
La Grillade (grill) serving assorted skewers of meat, seafood and sausages
grilled to perfection. Guests dine in a village-like setting, where they may
choose to eat outside in the town square or in a casual dining room by a
fireplace. Each province’s cottage dining room is decorated for the region.

selection of Middle Eastern food such as lamb, tandoori chicken, and
jasmine rice. The Asian station offers pot stickers, egg rolls, and fried rice. On
the seafood bar, there's King crab legs (not the usual snow crab) and hand-
made tamales on the Mexican bar. For dessert try the giant strawberries
dipped in chocolate.
