The Sea Grape Cafe located beachside specializes in authentic
Jamaican cuisine and has a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The
Veggie Bar serves fresh fruit, fruit juices, pita sandwiches, a variety of
salads and vegetarian dishes. The beachside grill serves grilled chicken
breast and grilled fish sandwiches. The four bars serve fresh fruit

then customizes an individual training program to begin at the resort and
then take home to continue. The fitness instructors are certified by the
Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFAA) and are always happy to
provide guidance and encouragement. Sports classes and activities
begin daily at 7 a.m. for early birds and go on until 7 p.m. and the Sports
Complex remains open to 11 p.m.
Couples Swept Away also provides two swimming pools. The 25 meter
swimming pool with lap lanes is ideal for the serious swimmer who
wants to include distance swimming as part of a fitness regime. The free
form swimming pool located near the beach is a great place to relax for
